SHIPPING POLICY

ALL Shipments Require a Signature UPON DELIVERY.
Please order hair before planning your appointments, we will try our best to give you a delivery estimate based on your address on behalf of USPS. We are not responsible for late shipments that are due to  inclement weather, acts of god, holidays, incorrect addresses, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays do not count as  business days. We expect United States Postal Service to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed no reimbursement of shipping charges will be offered or permitted. If you need additional information, please contact us at valenciashairgallery@gmail.com

REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS/ FAILED DELIVERIES

 Double Check the shipping address on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the correct and pertinent information (address, Floor, apt#, Building#, Directions, etc.) needed to deliver your shipment accurately. ALL orders will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide on the order form. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete address possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been released from our warehouse you will be assessed the $10.00 address correction  fee that USPS will charge us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PERMITTED / ISSUED FOR LATE, REFUSED OR ABANDONED ORDERS.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a incorrect, nonexistent or bad address you will be responsible for ALL additional shipping charges.

LOST SHIPMENT POLICY

If you are tracking your package on-line and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call or email us immediately. We will contact USPS to begin a trace on your package which will initiate them in starting a investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. If it is determined by USPS that your shipment has been lost in their possession a replacement will be shipped out to you pending USPS’s investigation.

[warning] Valencia's Hair Gallery will not resend or refund a shipment that shows DELIVERED on USPS tracking. Please bear that in mind.

Valencia's Hair Gallery reserves the right at our own discretion to make changes to prices, policies, the website itself and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.
